The classification is based on the works of Nick Evans and his colleagues, identifying the main gaps to other classifications.
* Nyulnyulskaya family (Nyulnyulan) (8 languages in the two branches)
* Vororskaya (Wororan) (7-12 languages in the three branches of) , consisting of three independent families: Worrora, И Ungarinjin Wunambal]
* Punupskaya (Bunuban) (2 language in the two branches)
* Tyarrakskaya (Jarrakan / Djeragan) (3-5 languages in the two branches)
* Йиррамская (tyamyntyunhskaya; Yirram; 2-4 Languages)
* Deyliyskaya (Daly; 11-19 languages in five branches)
* Smaller families and isolated / unclassified languages in northern Peninsula Arnhem Land
on Larakiâ (Laragiya; Isolate, previously teamed with vulna)
o Limilnganskaya (Limilngan; 2 Language: vulna and lymilngan)
o Ngunbuth (Ngunbudj/ Gundudj; unclassified, sometimes included in the Umbacarl family)

* Enintillacwa (Enindhilyagwa /Andilyaugwa; Isolate; sometimes included in the Kunwinku family)
* WestBarc (3 Language; Dixon joins Mindie family as East Mindi)
* Karavskaya (Garawan; 1-2 Language; enters the Pam-Newng-Tankic Nadem)
* Tankian (Tankic; 4 Language; enters the Pam-Newng-Tankic Nadem)
* Minkin is an unclassified language, possibly refers to the South Korean or Tankian languages.
* Actually The Pama-Newng Family (about 175 languages in 14 Branches)
o major linguistic branches in Pama-nyungskoy family are pamanskie languages and south-western languages of Australia - 43 and 52 separate languages, respectively.
The recently proposed superfamily and macrofamily:

Evans, includes purarrskuyu, ivatyanskuyu, kiimpiyuskuyu families and isolates Kakuta and umbukarla (не путать с «Arnhem Land group» Диксона, which corresponds to kunvinkuskoy and purarrskoy families and isolates, and Kakuta enintilyakva)
