The area - 2358 km. population 339,9 Thd. person. The area was originally known as the Federal Capital Territory, but 1938 was officially renamed the Australian Capital Territory.

Территория Джервис Бей ( Jervis Bay Territory, JBT) - Located on the southeast coast of Australia, on the south shore of the bay Jervis, about 200 km south of Sydney.Jervis Bay Territory area is about 6677 hectare. the land was bought by the Australian Government in 1915 year, the state New South Wales, to the capital Канберра had access to the sea. Up 1989 Territory, the Jervis Bay was part of the Australian Capital Territory.
